We are partnering with a large public company on a high-priority Accounts Receivable (AR) / Revenue Audit clean up, and process optimization initiative focused on reducing aged receivables across key B2B customers. If you are Director level accounting professional with expertise in invoice-to-cash processes, business process improvement, and operational problem-solving, please apply today to learn more about UHY and this engagement. Engagement Duties & Desired Outcomes

  • Scrub and analyze large volumes of AR data to surface patterns and insights
  • Engage with client customers to resolve outstanding balances while diagnosing upstream issues
  • Document current AR processes and pain points, then design recommendations for a stronger future-state framework
  • Identify and address root causes driving delays (pricing discrepancies, billing mismatches, systemic process gaps) Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to influence process change and improve outcomes

Qualified candidates will have a background in Revenue and Billing processes and who bring a process mindset, critical thinking, and ability to drive process improvements across the invoice-to-cash cycle.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, CPA helpful not required.

Required Skills

  • Strong technical ability in core accounting functions (GL, AR, close, reporting, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - will require working with execs and staff professionals.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
  • ERP proficiency—JDE, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
  • Available to start project work on a full-time basis in the near term
  • Candidates must be within a daily drivable commute to Secaucus, New Jersey

Candidate Requirements for Employment

  • Ability to pass all Firm background checks including education verification, clear criminal background check, valid MVR, and a credit check
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
