Job Overview

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's people strategies and HR operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with processing payroll and ensuring accurate records
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Support employee evaluation processes by gathering data, assisting with performance management initiatives, and maintaining accurate records
  • Contribute to employee relations activities by assisting in conflict management efforts and maintaining positive communication channels across teams.
  • Support HR projects related to change management, organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
  • Collect data for HR metrics and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record keeping for audits or compliance reviews such as OSHA or Workers' Compensation claims.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities such as data collection, training & development coordination, and benefits administration efficiently.
  • A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in HR processes and workforce management strategies.
