Sycamore Animal Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized and dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy and growing animal clinic. Our ideal candidate has a love for animals, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls/email communication
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
  • Supporting the veterinary team with daily administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a veterinary office
  • Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
  • Experience with veterinary software (preferred)
  • Compassion for pets and their owners
