Window Door Installer

Turner Home Improvement Contractors, LLC is seeking experienced Window & Door Installers to join our growing team.

We work year-round throughout Connecticut, offering a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience and proven skill level.

Location:

This position requires a daily commute to our Glastonbury, CT office (182 Oakwood Dr) or our Clinton, CT office (5 Heritage Park Rd).

Requirements

• Must have own hand tools (list can be provided).
• Minimum of 4 years of carpentry or window/door installation experience.
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure weather-tight, precise installations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple projects or changing priorities.
• Able to work 10-hour days and lift at least 70 lbs.
• Comfortable working from ladders and scaffolding.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain jobsite cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential windows and doors (including entry, patio, storm, and specialty units).
• Ensure proper fit, flashing, and sealing to manufacturer specifications.
• Protect the customer's property during installation and maintain a clean, safe worksite.
• Assist in providing daily progress updates and communicate effectively with project managers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every phase of the project.
• Maintain Turner's high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.
