Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include small to large jobs in various aspects of remodeling & carpentry. Some duties include but are not limited to: drywall, painting, door & windows, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, framing, decking, and general maintenance & repairs.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Completing maintenance & repairs - Residential and commercial jobs - the project length can range from 1 hour to multiple days. Most of the time you will be working independently unless required to work with other team members on larger projects.
• Communicating with customers to help them understand the scope of their projects and the costs associated.
• Providing accurate estimates and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
• OR, previous experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
• Knowledge of building codes & zoning regulations
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry & remodeling
• Must own your own tools
• Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis
• Must live within the territory
