Pay and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with some flexibility)
• Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

What You'll Do

• Support early careers and conversion recruiting programs through scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking.
• Manage candidate dispositioning and provide regular communication to ensure a positive experience.
• Draft and process offer letters in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner cross-functionally with recruiters, managers, and HR to support hiring goals.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
