to support a premier automotive component manufacturer. This is a
fully remote opportunity

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with some flexibility)
- Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

What You'll Do
- Support early careers and conversion recruiting programs through scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking.
- Manage candidate dispositioning and provide regular communication to ensure a positive experience.
- Draft and process offer letters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Partner cross-functionally with recruiters, managers, and HR to support hiring goals.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
