General Purpose:



The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the successful onboarding of candidates for employment with AdhereHealth.  This role is also responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely delivery and support of Human Resource Services which include compliance maintenance of employee files and performance of general administrative tasks pertinent to the daily operations of HR and in accordance with the current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to assure that proper administrative procedures are maintained at all times.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • From receipt of approved Position Requisition, facilitate the recruitment process to include job posting on approved job boards and social media sites
  • Screen candidates for Medication Adherence Technician and Patient Engagement Specialist positions and refer to hiring team for further consideration and interview
  • Draft offer letters and obtain appropriate approvals prior to formal presentation to candidate
  • Initiate post-offer/pre-employment screens including background requests and employment and license verifications through approved vendor
  • Coordinate onboarding process ensuring accurate and timely completion of new hire paperwork, and required compliance training
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and organized personnel and administrative files, records and required posters
  • Inform Human Resources Manager of issues related to employee relations
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and Human Resources records, files and information
  • Coordinate the termination of departing employees by ensuring all paperwork and records are accurately processed
  • Prepare PAF (Personnel Action Forms) to reflect new hires, terminations, and employee changes
  • Conduct new hire orientations on a weekly, or as needed basis
  • Assist with employee relations and/or company based events
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

  • Establish positive partnerships across business groups both inside and outside of the organization

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • At least 3 years Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR concepts/practices and local, state and federal regulations
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of job boards,
  • Previous experience running reports and performing transactions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Human Resource Information System (HRIS)


Minimum Physical Requirement:



The Human Resource Coordinator will perform his or her work in a general office environment using standard office equipment.  The following demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Bend, twist or stoop on a repetitive and continuous basis
  • Stand and remain on feet for extended periods of time
  • Operate various business instruments, including computers, printers/scanners/fax machines, requiring manual dexterity
  • Sit and concentrate for long periods of time to compute, examine, and interpret data
  • Read paperwork and computer monitors, requiring visual acuity
