Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of Revel Media Group's sales operations. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team by nurturing long-term client relationships, executing strategic outreach, and managing a well-maintained pipeline to drive revenue and support company goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels at collaboration, communication, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential customers to support forecasting and strategic planning and work closely with project management to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through account management and customer service excellence.
  • Maintaining up-to-date CRM records, and contributing field insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive communication style—both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Motivated by goals and driven to exceed performance expectations
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations via Zoom, Teams, etc
  • Dependable, punctual, and consistently professional in all interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
