Now, we're looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator who can combine creative marketing with strategic sales support to help us soar even higher.

You'll be the bridge between marketing and sales—crafting campaigns that speak to industry needs, setting appointments with key decision-makers, and organizing outreach efforts that drive growth in high-value sectors like aerospace and energy.
What You'll Do
- Industry-Focused Marketing: Develop campaigns tailored to aerospace, energy, construction, and manufacturing markets.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales team with top prospects in target industries.
- Sales Coordination: Organize outreach efforts, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Strategic Research: Identify trends and opportunities in aerospace and energy to guide marketing and sales strategies.
- Content Creation: Produce promotional materials and social media content that resonates with technical audiences.
- Event Support: Coordinate trade shows and industry events to showcase our expertise.
What You Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in marketing or sales coordination (B2B experience preferred).

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and think strategically.
