• Member of the Global Talent Management (GTM) Systems Oversight Division (SOD) Application Support team
• Support the Global Employment Management System (GEMS) with User Acceptance planning and testing, documenting requirements for change requests, data analysis across the platform and other applications
• Assist with EHRI data issues between GEMS and OPM, within GEMS and across Payroll, Position Classification and other systems
• Guide our team towards better ways of managing tasks and building procedures around re-organizations, data analysis and building better requirements for new and ongoing change requests
• Review PeopleCode and programs to assist our team with better testing and to add to our knowledge base about how processes work and how to better implement solutions
