Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Associate located in Plainfield, IL. The Front Desk Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting members and guests, managing membership inquiries, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting operational needs. Additional responsibilities include assisting with scheduling and providing information about fitness services and programs. Exceptional customer service and teamwork will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with members and addressing inquiries
  • Organizational and Time Management skills for handling scheduling and operational tasks
  • Basic Administrative skills, including the ability to use office equipment and computer systems
  • A positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in fitness or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, or flexible hours as needed
