About the Role

JMG Agency is looking for an experienced
Agency Project Manager
to be the operational backbone of our team—keeping projects, people, and priorities moving in sync.

This is a mid-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and brings the intelligence, foresight, and composure of a leader. You'll guide projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring every deliverable is on time, on budget, and on brand.

We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-driven professional who understands how creative, marketing automation, and digital systems connect—and who's ready to play a pivotal role in helping clients succeed.

What You'll Do

Lead Projects & Drive Results

  • Manage projects from concept through completion with full ownership of scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee schedules, content calendars, and resource allocation across multiple client accounts.
  • Coordinate daily with Account Management, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure alignment.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, solve problems proactively, and maintain project profitability.
  • Uphold agency standards for communication, organization, and client service.

Collaborate & Communicate

  • Serve as the central connection between clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, creative briefings, and status calls—keeping all parties informed and accountable.
  • Maintain a calm, confident, and professional presence, even under pressure.

Manage Workflow & Quality

  • Traffic creative, copy, and production through all stages of review.
  • Proof and verify final deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Support preflighting and upload of final assets for print, digital, and web.
  • Keep documentation and archives organized and up to date.

Leverage Technology & Systems

  • Maintain and optimize project management tools (Asana, , or similar).
  • Use platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, and cloud systems to track progress and deliverables.
  • Understand how CRM and automation tools integrate with analytics and creative workflows.
  • Manage URL, hosting, and credential databases with precision.

Support Reporting & Operations

  • Pull campaign analytics (email, PPC, retargeting, etc.) to support client reports.
  • Track invoices, vendor estimates, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Keep agency and client databases organized and current.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident leadership presence—you know how to influence without authority.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, , Teamwork, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or comparable CRM/automation platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital production, file management, and creative workflows.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and cloud collaboration tools.
  • Highly organized, tech-fluent, and quick to learn new systems.
