Position Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic Retail Firearms Sales Associate who delivers outstanding customer service and has a passion for the firearm industry. You'll be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, completing sales, and ensuring accuracy with all 4473 forms and compliance documents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Explain firearm operation, care, and safety with professionalism.
  • Accurately complete 4473 paperwork and maintain compliance standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Restock, price, and display inventory.
  • Handle cash and operate the register accurately.
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must pass background check
  • be able to read and write effectively
  • Firearm knowledge and experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with paperwork and compliance.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Charismatic, professional, and dependable.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • No criminal history.

Compensation

  • Hourly + Commission
