Job Summary:

The Membership Manager is responsible for retaining current DCF Guns members as well as increasing the number of memberships annually. This individual is a a self-led, proactive and motivated person who loves talking with anyone they may encounter. This person should be passionate about DCF Guns and be confident in their ability to sale firearms related memberships. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, cancels memberships, or obtains details of complaints.
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • Ensures proper documentation and processing of firearms and related articles according to federal regulations.
  • Creates strategies to ensure company profitability is maintained and goals are met.
  • Works with marketing & design teams to promote and manage all events. 
  • Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service areas.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Maintains and manages all range memberships and related activities.
  • Ensures member retention through engagement and benefit participation.
  • Schedules, manages and attends all DCF events both internal and external.

 Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience
