Overview

The US Construction Supplier Supervisor is expected to directly manage external suppliers and collaborate with other internal and external partners in a variety of product categories.  Responsibilities include implementing product specifications, facilitating manufacturing methodologies and identifying supply chain resources. Responsibilities also include negotiating pricing and building forecasts that coincide with the annual US Restaurant Development plan.

Key stakeholders include the US Restaurant Development Design Team, Global Design Team and Operations. External stakeholders include the various suppliers, contractors and McDonald's Owners/Operators.

This role will involve occasional travel to company functions and suppliers. The person who is selected for this role will be required to follow a hybrid work schedule out of our global headquarters in the West Loop of Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage relationships with external suppliers across multiple product categories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including the US Restaurant Development Design Team, Global Design Team, and Operations.
  • Facilitate manufacturing methodologies and ensure alignment with product specifications.
  • Identify and evaluate supply chain resources to support restaurant development.
  • Negotiate pricing and develop forecasts aligned with strategic development plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between McDonald's Owners/Operators, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Construction Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Interior Design, and Customer Account Management
  • Experience within the commercial and/or food & beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheets

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain required

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $85, $106,267.00 per year
