CNC MACHINE TOOL REPAIR TECHNICIAN/FLEXIBLE

Machine Tool Emporium is a well-established provider of premium used cnc machine tools We serve a diverse clientele in manufacturing and fabrication. We trade in a wide range of machinery and have new machines arriving daily to our state of the art brand new fully air conditioned warehouse.

Position: CNC Repair Technician (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Location: LaGrange Ky

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Repair Technician to join our service team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of CNC machinery. We offer exceptional flexibility to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair diverse CNC systems, including lathes, mills, routers, and others from a variety of manufacturers. To include Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak, Makino, DMG Mori, Haas and many more.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance, calibrations, and system upgrades in accordance with industry standards.
  • Maintain detailed service records, including diagnostics, parts inventory, and repair documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in CNC repair, with proficiency across multiple machine types and control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak).
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components in CNC equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NIMS, CNC programming, or safety training) are highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
