About the Role

We're looking for a client-focused, solutions-driven Project Manager to join our Strategic Relationships, Program Operations team. In this role, you will lead a key portfolio stream within Element Fleet Management's Title & Registration function. You will establish and manage supplier relationships and ensure completion of Title & Registration for all vehicles in the portfolio. You will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, understanding their business needs and delivering operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leadership to foster and grow client relationships at the operational level, ensuring alignment with business goals and service excellence.
  • Execute weekly operational cadence through stakeholder meetings, reports, and updates.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify trends and concerns, and develop action plans that drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Create and execute client performance improvement plans to achieve performance goals and SLAs (both financial and non-financial).
  • Partner with internal and external teams to collect and analyze performance data, prioritizing key initiatives and driving solution implementation.
  • Lead improvement and automation initiatives within the Title & Registration domain to reduce client effort and increase efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key client contacts through regular meetings and strategic touchpoints.
  • Drive accountability across Element teams and supplier networks to ensure commitments are met and outcomes are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with Collateral Services and Strategic Alliances to support client operations and strategic objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate level or above).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher is an asset.
  • Experience in process management, automation, and multi-location team influence.
  • Proven ability to navigate high-change environments and resolve client escalations effectively.

Location: Owings Mills

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
