You'll work directly with coaches, athletes, and performance specialists to study movement, improve training systems, and apply science to the art of athletic excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in athlete testing, data collection, and performance analysis.
  • Support strength, conditioning, and recovery sessions.
  • Learn to interpret sport science metrics and training loads.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on research and athlete reports.
  • Contribute to educational and media materials related to performance training.

You'll Learn

  • Practical applications of exercise physiology and biomechanics.
