We're pushing the boundaries of what's possible as we define the future of high-end audio. ​ We are now looking to hire a Regional Sales Leader - Western Zone, who has a growth mindset and can lead a sales team to drive the business to the next level. What describes the role:Summary of key responsibilitiesAchieves McIntosh & Sonus faber market share, sales, contribution margin and in-store objectives for the corresponding fiscal year.Identifies growth opportunities and owns the development and implementation of Multi-year Strategy and Annual Plans to achieve fiscal year objectives.Expertly manage a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) that ensure that we thoroughly connect to the retailers across all their departments to increase effectiveness, reliability, responsiveness, brand affinity, decision-making speed and innovation.Leads annual program negotiations, dealer agreement executions and all other business practices and operations between the company and our network of retailers.Entrepreneurial mindset and capable of effectively partnering across all departments and leaders across the Bose Luxury Group.Internal Bose Luxury Group responsibilitiesEffectively engage all internal functional leadership to support strategic plansDefines channel strategy for their Zone, making difficult decisions for the benefit of our brandsOwns sales team fiscal performance measurements; Forecasts, Revenue, P&L, in-store share and retailer staff affinity and presenceResponsible for keeping abreast of all market conditions and competitive dynamics.Acutely aware of all West Coast retail and industry paradigmsPresells Product launch roadmaps for retailer launch input and alignmentDevelops Joint Business plan with required strategies, initiatives, and team resourcingDevelops partnerships with Retailer senior management across functionsWhat describes you:Solid experience and track record in sales team team leadershipStrategic Business planning and development methodsFinancial and Data AcumenThorough understanding of other functions – retail operations, supply chain, marketing, training, etc.NegotiatingLeadership - Interpersonal skills to enable interaction with differing stakeholders; creator of collaborative team culture, mobilizes time and resources to drive effective planning and execution. Creates vision and aligns retailer senior management support.Entrepreneurial value creationDrive results in challenging situationsLeads effectively through changeAbility to build and execute strategic plansSpeed to actionAbility to drive own and others careerDealing with ambiguity.Skills and Experience >12 years experience in a sales role within the Consumer Electronics sector>7 yrs experience managing sales teamsCollege degree preferredProven track record of cross-functional leadership in matrix organizationsExcellent in Microsoft office and presentation skills requiredAbility to travel up to 75% throughout the Western ZoneAt Bose, you're inspired to be and do your best and are rewarded for your unique talents Our compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. Base compensation for this role is expected to be between $150,000.00 and $180,000.00.In addition to competitive base pay we offer rewards including bonus programs, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, plus exclusive perks designed to support your wellbeing, and a generous employee discount where you can immerse yourself in our products and experiences.We are a proudly independent company—driven by purpose, guided by our values, and united by a belief in the power of sound.
