Electrical Superintendent – Mission Critical / Hyperscale Data Centers

I'm partnering with a leading electrical contractor at the forefront of hyperscale data center construction. We're seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on high-value, fast-paced mission critical projects.

This role demands a seasoned professional who can drive execution, uphold safety and quality standards, and manage complex installations with precision and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead field teams through full electrical system installations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control.
  • Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards across all phases of construction.
  • Oversee installation plans, including drawings, specifications, materials, manpower, and execution strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers on procurement, scheduling, and labor tracking.
  • Mentor foremen and tradespeople, fostering high-performing teams and career development.
  • Manage takeoffs and pricing for change orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively adjust schedules and workflows to optimize productivity and mitigate delays.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Journeyman or a 4-year engineering/construction-related degree (or equivalent field experience).
  • Supervisory experience in electrical construction, ideally within data centers, pharmaceutical, or other tech-intensive environments.
  • Hyperscale data center experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing electrical scopes ranging from $20M to $100M.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong expertise in labor scheduling, cost control, and leading large field crews.
  • Proficient in takeoffs, pricing, and change management.
  • Tech-savvy with excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to pass background and MVR checks.
