As a well established company in the building materials industry, we are currently looking to add a Senior Estimator to our team. We have multiple locations across a few states and are continuously growing. Our goal is to service our customers with the highest regards and provide quality materials to fulfill their construction needs. We have a dedicated team with extensive tenure. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare design renderings, provide additional support in the design process, and ensure compliance with building safety requirements
  • Review design blueprints to determine accuracy, detailed specifications, bill of materials, labor requirements, and other resources for project completion
  • Determine accurate cost estimates for project initiation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all parties involved in the design process
  • Provide customer support and guidance in all stages from project start to completion
  • Effectively communicate with internal parties and manage projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Oversee, manage, and train junior estimators
  • Establish a library of notes and project details to assist with future quotation processes

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building materials/construction/design
  • Must have a working knowledge of building codes and requirements
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience with Rhino 3D and Blender is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite

Pay commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $110,000.00 per year
