  • Construction Oversight: Lead BIM modeling and clash coordination, conduit/IO cabling installations, FACNET implementation, and industrial wiring.
  • Customer & Vendor Interface: Act as primary point of contact for owners, GCs, engineers, and integrators (Symbotic, KNAPP, Witron familiarity a plus).
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and direct project teams including engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and technicians.
  • Risk & Safety: Manage projects in high-risk industrial environments with an emphasis on safety, compliance, and QA/QC.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal business units and external partners to ensure smooth execution of integrated systems.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical contracting and/or industrial automation project management.
  • Strong background in mission critical, warehousing/distribution, or manufacturing automation projects.
  • Technical knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, BAS/EPMS, Modbus networks, and industrial control systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex electrical installs (retrofit and new construction).
