Quarterly Bonus of up to 20% of Salary.

We are now seeking a dynamic Sales and Catering Manager for our 171 room property, including 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, The Vick Rooftop Bar and Iris Cafe.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business.
  • Plan, upsell and detail the meeting/function with the client including.
  • Complete the contracts, prepare the appropriate paperwork, including banquet event orders.
  • Participate in communication and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote sales.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency with CI/TY a PLUS
  • Proficiency with LightSpeed
  • Strong experience in catering or F&B in a hotel setting is mandatory.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the catering, food and beverage, menu development and pricing.
  • Ability to drive to outside sales calls.

  • Minimum of two years of hospitality experience; relative franchise experience a plus.
  • Solid background in sales & events and catering.
  • Excellent people management and problem resolution skills.
  • Superior guest satisfaction skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
