Client Relations Specialist

Duties:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Actively listen to client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

- Upsell products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide updates or gather feedback.

- Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.

  • Follow implemented schedule for making contact, sending reminders , payments, or required documentation reminders.

-Coordinate with team members via ticket system.

-Assist in marketing opportunities. Examples such as, calling local affiliates and strengthening Google and social media platform ratings by asking for reviews.

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication skills for outbound calling.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client and facility accounts simultaneously.
