What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to build AI-driven tools and applications.
  • Design and support core AI components — from foundation model training and LLM inference to vector search, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
  • Work with modern AI stacks (e.g., PyTorch, VectorDBs, guardrail frameworks, accelerated cloud compute).
  • Apply advanced optimization techniques to improve model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Contribute to long-term architecture and roadmap decisions for foundational AI platforms.

Preferred Background

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
  • Experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production (cloud experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • Experience with LLM inference, vector databases, guardrails, or model performance tuning is a strong advantage.
