Benefit options and eligibility vary by position. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer.

Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency telephone and radio calls for medical assistance.

• Respond to calls in a time-sensitive manner.
• Ensure appropriate and accurate routing of calls.
• Dispatch emergency units and coordinates air medical flights as appropriate and per established algorithms.
• Maintain documentation of calls and physician/service referral for legal, medical and statistical purposes.
• Follow up with referring entities for ease of access, marketing, evaluation, and quality improvement.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
