Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives across operations, fulfillment, and private labeling. The ideal candidate has experience managing projects in logistics, manufacturing, or related industries, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

This role is focused on execution—turning strategic direction into clear project plans, driving accountability across teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of operational projects.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership before deadlines slip.
  • Document responsibilities, processes, and accountability structures for each project.
  • Provide weekly status reports with clear progress indicators.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of completed projects into daily operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to hold others accountable without formal authority.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, or CPG/private labeling.
  • Familiarity with customer service systems and quality processes.
