Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 an Hour - Start

Our strategic partnership with BrandSource, a national buying group gives us $20B in buying power to compete against the "big box stores". So, we are big enough to compete against the "box stores" but small enough to provide that white glove service that customers in Richmond demand and expect

Minimum Requirements

· Must have a Valid Virginia "REAL ID" driver's license.

· Must have experience driving 26-foot Box Truck.

· Must have experience operating large vehicles equipped with Air Brakes.

· Class A or B license a benefit but not required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Management:

· Handles inbound and outbound logistics, including picking and staging orders to meet sales needs.

· Performs shipping and receiving warehouse operations and inventory management.

Inventory Management:

· Performs inventory control processes, ensuring accurate and timely stock control measures.

· Conducts regular audits, inventories, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Customer Service:

· Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, meeting, or exceeding customer expectations.

· Continuously seeks opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Safety and Compliance:

· Follows security protocols to prevent product loss.

· Ensures adherence to OSHA safety programs and standards.

· Maintains a safe and secure work environment.

Facility Management:

· Performs all aspects of warehouse maintenance.

· Performs maintenance, inspections, lighting audits, and janitorial services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· 1 years of Distribution Warehouse experience.

· Proficiency in warehouse operations.

· Ability to identify and implement practical solution to complex problems.

· Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Physical Requirements:

· This position involves moving appliances by hand, all day, every day.

· It can only be described as very physical work.

· You must have the ability to lift stock weighing up to 70 lbs.

· You must have the ability to move stock weighing up to 350 lbs., utilizing a hand truck.

Working Environment:

· This is a full-time, on-site position based at our distribution center in Norfolk, VA. The facility includes a 30,000-square-foot warehouse area. The Warehouse space is marginally heated in the winter but not air-conditioned during the summer. General warehouse hours are 6:30AM – 6:30PM EST Monday through Friday and 7:00AM – 6:30PM Saturdays and Sundays.
