About Us

Crack'd Brunch is an elevated, high-energy brunch destination in the heart of New Orleans. We're known for creative menus, great vibes, and an elevated guest experience that keeps our community coming back. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and take Crack'd to the next level.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee all daily operations of Crack'd Brunch. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, proven experience in restaurant management, and the ability to create an empowering environment for both staff and guests.

The General Manager will be responsible for staff leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times
  • Maintain operational excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to drive profitability
  • Enforce health, safety, and company policies at all times
  • Foster a positive team culture rooted in accountability and collaboration
  • Handle guest relations, resolve conflicts, and address service concerns promptly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to the greater New Orleans area
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
