Project Manager – Kitchen Cabinets (Miami to West Palm Area)

About the Role

Paramount Depot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee kitchen cabinet and countertop projects throughout the Miami to West Palm area.

This position requires someone who is fully fluent in English — able to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

We're looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple kitchen cabinet and countertop projects from planning through completion
  • Ensure all projects meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Communicate regularly with management, clients, and subcontractors
  • Lead project meetings and provide consistent progress updates
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce quality and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges as needed
  • Travel between job sites across Miami–West Palm area
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to lift up to 25 lbs when necessary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in kitchen cabinet and countertop projects (required)
  • 1+ year experience in multi-unit project management (required)
  • 1+ year experience in construction management (required)
  • Must be fluent in English — able to read, write, and communicate effectively (required)
  • Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Trello or Confluence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management frameworks
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Schedule

  • Full-time, 8-hour day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On-site; travel required between Miami and West Palm project locations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $55,000 per year (depending on experience)
