Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Assurance Administrator to join their client's prestigious aerospace/avionics team in California. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining high-quality assurance processes to support the company's operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and avionics industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes to support product and service excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance and quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance and quality activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and quality assurance best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Support the continuous improvement of compliance and quality systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in compliance and quality assurance within the aerospace/avionics industry.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift.
