About Us:

We are a growing accounting firm dedicated to providing high-quality financial services and exceptional client support. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee office operations and assist with client bookkeeping.

Position Overview:

The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will handle the office billing, complete client bookkeeping assignments, maintain accurate records, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with PC-based accounting software is helpful, but not required—we will provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all office billing and maintain accurate billing records
  • Complete client bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial files
  • Supply clients with requested documents and maintain document logs
  • Answer the phone professionally and serve as the primary client contact
  • Maintain scheduling and calendar for all client appointments
  • Assist with office organization, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all work performed
  • Support management with administrative tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time
