About Us

We're a busy, fun, customer-facing ice cream + coffee spot that's rolling out a new, summer/beach-style theme. We want the shop to feel upbeat, playful, and social — the kind of place people want to take photos and hang out.

Role Overview

We're hiring outgoing, reliable baristas/scoopers who are comfortable working in a branded, form-fitting, summer/beach-style uniform (provided or approved by the shop) while delivering great service. This is still a real ice-cream/barista role — you'll be scooping, making drinks, handling money, and keeping the shop clean — we just want staff who can also help create the in-store vibe.

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests, take orders, and handle POS transactions
  • Scoop ice cream and prepare menu items according to portion and safety standards
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance in the shop's themed uniform
  • Keep the front counter and dining area clean and photo-ready
  • Restock toppings, cones, cups, and paper goods
  • Follow food-safety, health, and cleanliness policies
  • Provide friendly, upbeat customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

  • 18 years or older (due to uniform and customer-facing requirements)
  • Comfortable working in a public, social, photo-friendly environment
  • Outgoing, professional, and respectful with guests and coworkers
  • Able to stand for the shift and lift up to ~25 lbs
  • Previous ice-cream / café / quick-service experience is a plus, not required
  • Available for evenings and weekends

Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time and full-time shifts available
  • $20–$30/hr depending on experience and availability
  • Tips may increase total pay
