Job Description: Ice Cream Scooper

Duties:

- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a friendly and positive attitude

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing ice cream scoops and other utensils

- Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as preparing toppings and sauces

- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic retail math skills

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about flavors, ingredients, and allergens

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Requirements:

- Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and perform retail math calculations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Willingness to learn about different ice cream flavors, ingredients, and allergens
