We are looking for a reliable and organized Remote Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day client interactions, coordinate details, and help create a seamless experience across communications, scheduling, and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients through email, chat, or phone to provide clear and professional support.

  • Confirm and update client information, bookings, and schedules.

  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation within internal systems.

  • Anticipate client needs and assist with problem-solving to ensure smooth service experiences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

  • Contribute to a positive, client-focused experience in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Prior experience in administration, hospitality, or support-related roles is helpful but not required.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smart device.
