About
This is an opportunity to join the NCR Atleo's IT Command Center as an Application Operations L1 Analyst. This role directly supports applications and infrastructure that are critical to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will serve as our eyes on glass monitoring critical jobs & processes, as well as ensuring all of our monitoring agents are running healthy. Responsibilities Include

  • Monitoring alert dashboards, investigating errors, and working through minor application or infrastructure issues
  • Managing email communications and responding to phone calls from internal teams, third party vendors, data processing vendors, and financial institutions.
  • Consulting with product engineering and technical support teams to mitigate lower level issues
  • Identifying and escalating major production issues for investigation and triaging
  • Investigating backend host connectivity issues with external vendors
  • Documenting and maintaining processes and procedures detailing technical specifications and operating procedures

Basic Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years related experience.
  • Linux or other Unix experience
  • Resolving client issues
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Understanding SQL queries and database
  • DNS experience
  • System Admin exposure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with analytical tools (Splunk, AppDynamics)
  • ITIL Process exposure
  • Google Cloud experience
