Production Manager

Wynn Las Vegas is looking for a skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
As a Production Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our creative leadership and a dedicated team to bring content to life. There will be a variety of tasks to complete throughout the day on a variety of projects. The content you work on will appear on our social channels, property marquees and displays, in-room channels, and broadcasts.
You will report in person at our Las Vegas corporate offices, as well as on property at our resort/casino. Some weekend and evening work is required.
Key Skillsets:
Asana Team Management:
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and deadlines.
- Continuously update project details.
- Monitor project progress and prioritize tasks.
- Identify potential roadblocks and create plans to address them.
- Collaborate with team members, internal partners and vendors to ensure project deliverables are on track.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate and enforce brand guidelines and the content teams process to partners, team members and vendors.
Project Coordinating and Scheduling:
- Collaborate with operators and vendors to create production schedules.
- Plan and coordinate production activities to meet deadlines from pre-production through post-production.
- Responsible for note taking during calls and in meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively for each project.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography equipment and techniques.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the production team.
- Communicate project updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
Logistics:
- Organize and coordinate logistics for production activities and workflow process.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other necessary arrangements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Budgeting:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Responsible for resolving budgets of assigned projects.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the production process.
- Keep records of expenses, schedules, and other relevant information.
- Manage awards submissions.
Quality Control:
- Monitor and ensure the quality of production output.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and address issues that may arise during the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions to challenges.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that production activities comply with safety regulations.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures.
Supporting Roles:
- Assist in various tasks as needed, ranging from administrative duties, location scouting, errand management, research and hands-on production work.
- Aid in setting up and dismantling equipment, props, backgrounds and other technical aspects during photo and video shoots.
- Assist in the production where needed including holding lights, managing the teleprompter, pushing carts to set, etc.
- Responsible to be on set/location for events/festivals, potential late night, potential early morning or potential weekend shoots.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members, such as producers, content creators, motion specialists and Wynn partners, to achieve project goals.
Timeline Management:
- Monitor and manage timelines to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
- Applicants are expected to provide a professional portfolio to discuss in detail during the interview process
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an in-house agency or production studio
- The role requires proficiency in Asana to manage and track tasks throughout the production process, enduring seamless project execution
- The successful candidate will bring a proactive mindset, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to take on new challenges
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, collaborative environment
