Position Summary
Provides leadership, support, and guidance to our production team to ensure every event runs seamlessly — from planning through execution. This role is responsible for ensuring programs meet our internal standards, reflect our brand promise, and uphold program integrity at every turn.
You'll oversee people, processes, and production — making sure we deliver what we promise, when we promise it, and with sparkle.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage the full-cycle execution of assigned programs, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
- Own the budget for production activities, including resource allocation and cost controls.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to expand our fulfillment network.
- Serve as a key contact for vendors, ensuring communication is proactive and solutions-focused.
- Audit deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with program expectations.
- Identify potential risks and take swift, smart action to resolve challenges.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to hit project milestones and execute flawless events.
- Review and approve schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for every event.
- Process time sheets, manage time-off requests, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support recruitment, on-boarding, and training for new team members.
- Track performance metrics, provide ongoing feedback, and foster professional growth.
- Drive process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
- 2+ years in event management, production, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and event management tools.
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Licenses & Certifications
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Nevada Class C Driver License.
- Must maintain a safe driving record in line with company insurance standards.

Working Conditions
- Office-based with frequent fieldwork and event site visits.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
