Job Description:
Oversee the development of future component architectures and migration plans. Conceive, design, prototype, and test new methods, algorithms, and models. Define and enforce appropriate technical standards and procedures. 7+ years experience

Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert with a deep focus on Convergent mediation (SAP / Digital route)

Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of CM work flows tailored to complex billing, receivables, and payables requirements.

Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into robust functional specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Design, optimize, and support end-to-end billing, invoicing, and financial contract accounting processes, ensuring seamless integration with BRIM-CI, FICA, and external systems.

Lead and participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analyses to inform solution design and implementation strategies.

Provide expert guidance for data migration, conversion, and cutover activities specific to CI and FI-CA, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

Oversee system testing, UAT, and defect resolution for all functional aspects of CI and FI-CA modules.
