Ranger Cinco is hiring a Level II Security Officer to join our team for the level II security position in Katy, TX.

Job Overview/Duties:

  • Officer will maintain access control to a gated industrial facility.
  • Officer must maintain constant vigilance of all visitors, employees, guests, and deliveries into and at facility.
  • Officer will be expected to perform the following actions daily:
  • Log all industrial vehicles entering the facility
  • Log all non-industrial vehicles or deliveries permitted to enter the facility
  • Patrol property including workshops and administrative building
  • Inspect exterior of building for vandalism, loiterers, or other suspicious activity
  • Observe and report any incidents to Production Manager.
  • Officer will complete daily activity and incident reports, as applicable
  • Officer will be required to download the operating application on to their smartphone to accept shifts, clock in/out, scan checkpoints throughout shifts, and make reports.

Pay:

$12.50 per hour

Hours:

  • Wednesday (15:00 - 23:00) 2nd shift
  • Thursday (15:00 - 23:00) 2nd shift
  • Friday (15:00 - 23:00) 2nd shift
  • Saturday (15:00 - 23:00) 2nd shift
  • Sunday (23:00 - 07:00) 3rd shift

Job Type: Non-Exempt Full-Time employee

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with good driving history.
  • Possess a valid Level II Security License in state of employment.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform continuous physical movement/exertion as needed.
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Working mobile cellular phone

Experience level:

  • Security: 1 year (Required)
