Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can drive online engagement and conversions. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for better search engine rankings.
  • Manage Google Ads and Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize ROI through conversion optimization.
  • Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience needs.
  • Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to inform strategy adjustments and improve performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
  • Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for effective content management and web development.
  • Experience in graphic design and content management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
