Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community & Email Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role involves developing targeted email campaigns, managing customer segmentation, and leveraging marketing automation tools to enhance engagement and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms to optimize outreach efforts and foster meaningful community connections.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies using platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and HubSpot.
• Manage customer segmentation to deliver personalized content that maximizes engagement and conversion rates.
• Design visually appealing email templates utilizing Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and other design tools.
• Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline communication processes and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing initiatives including social media, content creation, and e-commerce promotions.
• Manage community engagement efforts across digital channels to foster brand loyalty and customer retention.
• Represent the company at partner and community events, fostering relationships, promoting brand awareness, and supporting collaborative marketing initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends in email marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and copywriting for creating compelling email content.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation strategies and analytics tools including Google Analytics and SQL for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and integration of marketing efforts with online sales channels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging copy tailored to target audiences.
• Ability to analyze data insights to refine marketing strategies effectively.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with Salesforce CRM systems, Marketing automation workflows, CSS coding, Google Analytics certifications, and familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
