International Production Staff Operations Integrator

Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our F-35 Production Operations team. As the Voice of F-35 Production Operations, you will play a critical role in coordinating joint efforts between Customer Programs and Business Development, ensuring seamless execution of production projects and maximizing benefits for Lockheed Martin. You will leverage your expertise in F-35 Global Production Operations, manufacturing readiness reviews, and contract management to drive project success and foster strong relationships with partners and customers.

This position will perform activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with the F-35 Production Operations and manufacturing processes

• Experience with contract management, including SDRLs and SSOW development

• Experience writing technical documents and/or manufacturing white papers

• Familiarity with DoD MRA / MRL process, AC-9047, and AS6500

• Project management Experience, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project schedules

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risk

• Bachelors degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin's production operations processes and systems
• Experience with international partnerships and offset management
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
