What You'll Do

Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Analyze financial and operational data to support cost-effective transportation and logistics strategies.

Evaluate and establish KPIs and operational parameters that maximize fleet utilization and cost efficiency.

Organize and synthesize data into meaningful insights that support informed decision making.

Collaborate with departments across the business to align analytics with strategic goals.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-intensive role.

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and financial modeling tools.

Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Knowledge of SAP S4HANA tables is highly desired; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Must be able to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with four days onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona Corporate Office and one day with hybrid flexibility.
