Job Title: Appointment Setter

Overview As an Appointment Setter, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement efforts Your primary mission is to connect with potential clients, generate interest in our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and a go getter, we want to hear from you

What you'll do

· Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our services and generating interest.

· Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.

· Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.

· Track performance metrics and report on progress towards appointment-setting goals.

Basic qualifications

· Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.

· Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Preferred qualifications

· Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable.

· At least 1 yr appointment setting experience
