We're looking for top-performing Appointment Setters to help us connect with customers who are already interested in what we offer. If you have experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales—you'll feel right at home and hit the ground running. What You'll Do:Qualify and schedule appointments for our expert sales teamHandle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasmCommunicate clearly and confidently with customers and prospectsMeet—and exceed—daily and weekly performance goalsWork from our upbeat and supportive Tempe office Shifts Available:Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PMOccasional Saturdays based on demand Compensation & Perks:Competitive base pay plus attractive bonuses and commission opportunitiesPaid vacation after 90 daysHealth insurance: We cover 50% of your premium after 90 daysFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive team environment with room to grow Ideal Candidate Has:1+ year of experience in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment settingStrong communication skills and a goal-driven mindsetExperience in appointment setting is a huge plus Work Setting:In-person at our Tempe officeCall center environmentWe encourage people with a criminal record to apply Ready to join a high-energy team that values your skills and rewards your success?
