What You'll Do

In this key role, you'll oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production across multiple product lines. You'll work cross-functionally to lead improvements, solve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Purpose: Supervise and support a skilled production team, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Coordinate setups, oversee material flow, monitor daily output, and perform line clearances to ensure seamless production execution.
  • Champion Quality: Collaborate with quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams to maintain compliance with internal processes, documentation, and product standards.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and improve cycle times.
  • Own the Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance, support data-driven decisions, and continuously elevate team results.
  • Prioritize Safety: Promote a proactive safety culture by enforcing standards, investigating incidents, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented leader with a strong foundation in manufacturing operations and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of leadership or production coordination experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device or regulated industry experience a plus).

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of production flow, line layout, and assembly processes.

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking systems (ERP/MES).
  • Familiarity with process documentation, compliance standards, and line clearance procedures.
