ECHO Incorporated is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our expanding team. This role involves ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials to designated item balance locations, as dictated by manufacturing or service orders.

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm Starting at $17.50/HR + $1 SD = $18.50/HR

Material Handler Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Picks JIT and nightly picks with use of handheld scanner and various industrial lift trucks as assigned by Materials Picking Group Lead.
  • Assists with transporting material to the production lines, as well as return finished goods to put away in the Distribution Center.
  • Removes RTS skids from the lines. verify counts of RTS items and puts RTS back in stock.
  • Loads, moves, stacks, and stages product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other powered industrial truck.
  • Maintains equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.
  • Inspect and perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment.

Material Handler Qualifications:

  • One year of general warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment, experience using a Forklift, Reach truck, Order Picker.
  • Ability to work within our computerized database.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and be detail orientated.
