Island Assisted Living is a 200 Assisted Living Program community that is a progressive leader in the Assisted Living field. Responsibilities include but not limited too:

  • Staff RN responsible for the Assisted Living Program function of the community - reports directly to the Director of Healthcare
  • Assessments and care planning of Residents and managing the required paperwork for the program
  • Professional development of LPN and HHA staff with limited supervision requirements
  • Communicate with families when necessary
  • Active RN License in NYS and in good standing
  • UAS and Compucare and Visual experience a plus

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with residents and their families and at all levels of the organization. This position reports to the Administrator

Qualified candidates will possess a Associate or Bachelor's Degree from a two or four-year college / university.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105, $110,000.00 per year
