As a Wireless Sales Associate you'll be out in the field, meeting with residential customers face-to-face. Each day, you'll visit different neighborhoods, introduce AT&T's latest products and services, and help families find the best wireless and internet solutions to meet their needs. Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Educate Fresno-area residents on modern telecommunications solutions, highlighting benefits like improved connectivity and cost savings.
  • Promote and sell AT&T services tailored to the unique needs of customers in the local market.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships within the Fresno community.
  • Represent our clients professionally to expand their customer base in the Central Valley.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments to better serve the Fresno market.

Wireless Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
